As we are getting closer to the end of 2020, it is hard to believe the year is ending. Despite all the challenges of 2020, the PRODEV Foundation celebrated its 25th year and 10 years of quality education in Zoranje!
The Zoranje School was founded during one of most painful moments in Haiti’s history, just after the 2010 earthquake. This year we honored the miracle of not only surviving, but thriving, a decade later - in the midst of one of the most painful moments in human history.
I can’t tell you how much support from our friends like you has meant to us this last year. Knowing we have a strong community of support is what kept our students and teachers going even when schools shut down again this Spring, on top of all the time we had lost in the fall semester.
And when it was time to reopen our doors in August, you were there for us again. You helped us bring the students back with the highest COVID protections in place, including outdoor classrooms, social distancing and masks.
